Causes of Heat Rashes
Sweat is produced by the sweat glands and then it is evaporated from the surface of the skin. You can also notice a tiny blister on the reddened skin. Rashes appear due to inflammation. However, sometimes sweat glands get infected. The problem of heat rashes is not resolved in this case. Pain and increased swelling are the symptoms of infected sweat glands. You can also notice pustules (pimple filled with pus). Sweat glands are infected due to growth of bacteria. In this case antibiotic treatment is required. - Avoid going out in humid and hot weather
